I started streaming on webcam late 1999. It started out with simple images pushed to a website every few seconds. It slowly evolved into streaming images upon request and even a fully controllable pan and tilt webcam.
Between 2009 to 2013 I have been unable to stream as much as I wanted. While I am currently unable to stream 24/7 I have tried to stream a few times a week on twitch.tv.
